Friday, June 4th @ 7:30pm: The KGMF Blues Revue - Be There!!!
Say Hey Blues Friends,
This is an important fundraiser for The Kyle Griffin Memorial Foundation. Kyle, was an Emerson NJ resident and classmate of my daughter. In the U.S. Army and only 20 years old, Kyle was tragically killed in Iraq last May 30th.
The KGMF Blues Revue celebrates Kyle's life and the classical American music form, Blues.
Please join us at Emerson Jr. Sr. High School for a solid night of Blues perfomances featuring The Roxy Perry Band, SaRon Crenshaw, The Straight Up Blues Band, "EZ" Mike Luizzi and more!
Tickets are reasonably priced at $10 each and that's a sweet deal for sure...so come on down!
If you are interested, please send me an email for more info or call me on my cell (201.776.9020)...we'd love to see you there.

Hey Harp Heads! A visit to the Sonny Jr. Amp Factory
Me and my pal Sully visited Sonny Jr. this past weekend and tried out several of his amps. As many of you know Sonny is a tremendously talented harp player...seriously! Equally important for us harp nuts is that Sonny is THE SOURCE when it comes to harp amps. He's forgotten more about amps than most of us will ever know. I am not being paid for this endorsement people, but know this: the SJ 410 is superb! Each one is built like a tank and the craftsmanship is top notch...Sonny is helping re-establish the term "Made In America" as meaning "can't get no better than that"! I have had the pleasure of playing through most of the boutique harp amps and I think there are some pretty good ones out there...BUT there is only one SJ410...competitively priced and built to last, this amp will bring out the best in you as a harp player...but don't take it from me...visit his website at: sonnyjr.com and read the reviews (which come w/emails so you can communicate directly with SJ amp owners)...am I right Sully?!
